Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of the Ready To Fruit Bag. If you encounter any issues or have concerns, please review our return policy outlined below:

  1. Returns Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the Mushroom Grow Bag must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. It should also be within the return period specified at the time of purchase.

  2. Initiating a Return: Contact our customer service team at readytofruitbags@gmail.com within 4 days of receiving the product to initiate a return request. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA). Please ensure that the RTF Bag is securely packaged, including the RMA, before returning it.

  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns and keeping the shipping receipt for your records.

  5. Refunds or Exchanges: Upon receiving the returned Mushroom Grow Bag and confirming its eligibility, we will process the refund or exchange as per your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  6. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply to returned items, which will be deducted from the refund amount, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part. If there is a restocking fee, the amount will be provided with your RMA number.

  7. Damaged or Defective Items: If the Mushroom Grow Bag arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos showing the issue. We will either replace the product or provide a refund, as per your preference.

  8. Exclusions: Certain conditions may exclude a product from being eligible for return, such as expired items or products that have been opened or used.

  9. Timeframe for Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your payment method.

  10. Modification of Return Policy: We reserve the right to modify or update this return policy without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting.
